History was also made by senior Eric Vanderhorst, who became the program’s seventh two-time state qualifier. Eric qualified for state at 189 pounds this year and compiled a very impressive 38-2 record. He won a third straight sectional title, a program first, and a district championship.

Four more seniors closed out their careers; Jason Kisner (30-6, Wade Weaver (28-8), Ken Jay(15-15), and Chad Westfall (7-15). There is plenty of talent remaining in Brad Crumpler (32-11), Corey Turner (19-17), Shae Fetters (15-16) and Jim Finfrock (4-9). Jon Lambert and Nick Weldy will also be counted on heavily next season.
