Junior, Logan Brown went 2-0 at 215 lbs. Logan posted an impressive 9-2 win in a very physical match against Nick Hess from Urbana. Logan remains undefeated at 16-0 on the season, despite wrestling above his normal 189 lb. weight class.

At 112 lbs., Jordan Tebbe received a forfeit against Oakwood. Jordan was wrestling even with a 3-3 score in the second period against a tough Urbana opponent but was injured and unable to continue and had to default the match.

Covington had a host of grapplers that also finished 1-1. They included Kyle Chalmers, Jake Wise, Bobby Wiltshire, Logan Hall, Brian Ely with one pin, and Ryan White with one pin.

CJ Potter wrestled very well but ended up 0-2.

First year wrestler (and Japanese exchange student) Ienobu Kaneko finished 0-2 while showing sings of improvement.
